My front power windows are creaking pretty bad and sound like they need grease. Anyone who has done it, how do i do it? and what grease is best?

i spray silicon spray inside the rubber seal around the door where the glass slides into. let it dry and windex the window clean. remove the door panel and use a waterproff grease on the little white rollers for the window arms, thjey are always 100% dry and need grease/lube bad! I use waterproof grease and i still regrease once a year to keep the window flying up and down the track. My truck wont win many 1/4 mile races but my windows sure would
just thought of something, doesnt the 05 and newer Fords use them JUNK cable and pulley system now? My brother 2006 F150 does and both of his snapped? The only thing you could do to them is lube the cable with some cable lube

No they still use the metal rods no cable/pulley system on the F-250's.
