I sprayed silicone in mine. Don't use graphite. It gets everywhere and is a biatch to get off the windows...trust me

Here is how to take the door panels off and grease the window tracks.

click here. Clean the tracks and grease them.

Yep -- spray silicone. CRC makes some good stuff. Worked like a champ on mine! I greased the tracks with the plumber's grease as well...
