What I did today....
- Dropped the kids off at daycare.
- Went to the post office to drop of some mail.
- Went to the town hall to pull a permit for a generator install.
- Powerwashed the deck.
- Powerwashed the Little Tykes jungle gym.
- Loaded the dump trailer with brush.
- Moved a half yard of processed off the driveway.
- Moved a pallet of pavers off the driveway.
- Had lunch with Lisa at Village Green.
- Cleaned up the scrap metal under the deck, and moved it onto the flatbed trailer.
- Took the backhoe off the Deere.
- Put the three point hitch and york rake on the Deere.
- Spread a tri-axle-full of driveway stone.
- Got Propane.
- Put the deck canopy on its frame.
- Ate 4 mini Kit Kats.
Now I am going to the circus with the wife and kids.
Casualties for the day, cleaned the marker light off the back of my truck with the york rake, and chipped the top of the stone pillar next to the driveway with the rake. I'm a little rusty with the rake, haven't used it in forever.

Evening guys, tore down an entire chimney today, then jackhammered through the pad, which was 3ft thick concrete, poured the new pad, tied it into the foundation with rebar. we are building tomorrow. This chimney was swaying with the breeze, the guy's roof isn't much better either!

Hey Aaron, check out the "new" bmx bike. 03 Hemi comp, all aluminum frame, thing is mint, light as hell, she rips! Bought it from some guy, said his kid rode it once and never rode it again, not a scratch on it! Took off the little handlebars and put some super wide S&M grand slam XLT bars on it!

A typical night shift here at the power station.
Get up & hike over to the chow hall for supper.
Come on shift.
I just sit around all night, like a fire house and we do have one of those here.
Take readings every hour, consumes about 2 minutes.
Sequence a generator on/off line as the need arises.
Then back to surfing.
Maybe take a hike up to the chow hall and back for mid-rats, grab a sandwich and a couple sodas.
Maybe hike over to the showers and or self-serve laundry facilities.
Make another hike up for breakfast, then come back and clock off.
I feel for the guys that are out working under the sun in the middle of the day.
