Not sure yet.
Sure seemed ignition related, but a new module didn't fix it.
I went through all the harness connections with contact cleaner and dielectric silicone.
It was dry and no signs of arcing under the distributor cap.
I was cruising to work on the Parkway, went to pass a car and it started bucking and missing. (badly)
Seemed okay as the next few miles rolled by.
Then it started missing under any kind of throttle.
The tach was jumping towards nothing and whatever rpm's I was turning.
It started to pop and backfire just before it died.
Fortunately I managed to get off the limited access and onto surface streets.
Called my wife for a ride to NAPA.
Purchased and connected a new DuraSpark module thinking that would cure it.
Well it started right up but was damn near undriveable.
I managed to limp it to my friends repair shop, but he was too busy to look at it right away.
Here I sit...

Evening guys, the water was so high out on the trails today, was nearly running over my hood when I was driving upstearm! My buddy finally brought his toyota out into the woods that he had been building for the past few years as well!
