trans trouble

trans trouble
need some help im workin on a f250 diesel trans will shift into reverse fin but need to reve pretty high so it can shift into drive it has been rebuilt already wat else can it be

It's something inside the transmission, most likely in the forward clutch.

the trans was recently rebuild and the valve body was changed out along with torque converter
