It is a dash diagnostic tool that will help you determine which one of your sensors is failing you. If you have a smart phone or wifi you can just take your phone/laptop out to the truck and follow the step by step and code by code instructions. I suffered from the same problem. Went through CANS of WD40 trying to "fix" the problem to no avail. After doing the diagnostic, that apparently Ford doesn't know of, I figured out that it was my rear passenger door. $50 and 20 minutes of my time later and it is fixed. Stop slamming your doors and hatches and buck up and make the fix. It seriously takes no time at all to pull of the door panel and get to the lock actuator. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO FORD TO HAVE THEM FIX IT!! The will charge you some ridiculous shop rate and this is one driveway repair that someone who has childlike mechanical ability can do.
