2008 f 350 immobilaizer question
On iginition collumn there is a immobilizer module (if I'm not mistaken) that connects to a harness by a black/red 4 prong connector. Well, I need that male plug. The wires had been cut and I can't start the tuck without it. can anybody advise where can i buy such a thing. Dealer says that I can't car stors don't have anything that I can use. It would suck if I had to replace the whole harness. Please help. Thanks in advance

Do you have a pic of what it looks like?
Most immobilizers use three wires. Ignition, Power and Ground. The general way they work is by tapping into power and ground and splitting the ignition to go into the control module. The easiest way to bypass something like that would be to take the ignition wire and make it a solid wire again by connecting the two pieces. Any regular wire could be used to connect the two pieces.
