7.3 rough idle and misc.
I have a 99 F250 7.3 with 4R100.

Anyways, so a little history on the truck. I bought it at 212k. It currently has 232 and some change. Mods are, wicked wheel, bhaf, straight pipe 4", HAD an edge evolution, currently sold. Bought a DP tuner but am waiting to install once this issue is resolved. Stage 4 BDS trans.
I METICULOUSLY maintain this truck. Oil, filters, anything it needs it gets. doesnt leak a drop. Currently am 2500 into an oil change. I am a technician at a shop and I honestly am unsure of where to proceed due to... I just plain never get any power strokes to work on lol. Always cumaparts and dirtymax's. I need more experience, but I cant learn unless i get some dang 7.3s to work on.
My truck ran great till a month ago. I filled it up, 10 minutes later, ran like dog turds. well why is that, popped the fuel filter out. So much water in it, cant see the bottom of the housing. turns out i just received 5 gallons of h20; lovely. truck just idled a little shaky, scanned it, 1 and 8 didnt pass the contribution. I ran the fuel till it was dang near fumes and dumped 2 cans of seafoam in. Then I updated that 8 to the LL injector, and replaced 1 with a stocker. Truck ran great for a month.
Then on the freeway it cut out for a split second like a 'cough' 'cough' then it was fine. Weird, then it was fine for a week. Towed a monster boat and then the idle was shaky again. But the power is strong, didn't miss a beat. So back on the scanner. 3 isnt happy. Bad contribution. Seafoam again, and drove it a week. not improving at all. Also noticed in the morning I never had any blue or white smoke. Now I get a tiny "wiff". Idle is rougher when hot than cold.
So my question is, every injector passes the buzz test, very well too, they are all loud.. The Hpop pressure is great on the scanner, I make great power, anything off idle is fine. Just idle when its warm is a little shaky. No codes, and no pending.
Why is that injector malfunctioning? or is it even that injector, perhaps the symptoms are just triggering that cylinder? I really want this fixed as I do not let problems coast.

The gray CPS will give you false readings on the CCT. I get a bad #8 and #3 contribution during the test, but I know there is nothing wrong with them. Have you checked the UVCH to make sure they are pluged in all the way? What are the ICP and the IPR % while WOT?
