97 powerstroke e40d solenoid pack ?
hi, i have trying to research and i can find all kinds of info but i have a question that i am not quite sure of . i don't want to buy the wrong solenoid pack, so i will ask you guys for some help.
i believe from all the research on my trans that i have a solenoid pack problem with hard shifts and not wanting to downshift correctly always . i have decided to change the solenoid pack out so i need to know as long as i get it for 96-97 units am i good? i am just not sure what years are the same or different... mine is a 97 so any advise would be great, also any online vendors with really great prices or trusted sellers of remanned packs would help also. thanks
