Need a little input.I'm looking at a 97 F-250 Power Stroke that has an intermittent "no" start problem.The owner has been pulling his hair out troubleshooting it.I have the P1746 trouble code to work with which I believe is EPC Solenoid Open Circuit.Where is the Electronic Pressure Control Solenoid and what exactly does it do.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
