Sorry, couldn't resist. I am VERY happy I decided to buy a 60 when I did my conversion instead of using the Dana 50 I had from the parts truck...

I finnaly got it lined half way right and the u bolts are screwed. So now I gotta get bolts.

Rust and brittle threads seizing the nuts while trying to tighten them back up.

You are supposed to use new u-bolts each time you remove them for any reason... Mainly because they need to be torqued so much that it can warp the threads, making them un-reliable the next time they are used.

Wow! I didn't know that. I've reused them several times. Maybe I should stop doing that!
