A quick Answer, Yes. AA injectors, AB's, AD's, ect are all the same physical size.

But if you have a chip programmed for something other than AA's (AB's for example) you will need to have your TS chip reprogrammed.

If you don't have a chip and use injectors other than AA's it may also necessary to have the pcm reflashed I think, but I could be wrong.

OK Nate I overlooked that but do you think it would be necessary to reflash the PCM if he didn't have the chip? just asking.

Yeah I missed that the first time I typed a response as well. I had to go back and edit it once I read his signature.

Yes, if you're changing from one type of injector to another you need to have the tunes to run them. So whether you do that by changing the program on the chip or having the PCM re-flashed you have to make the change some how. My understanding is that it will run with the wrong program it just won't run right. It's kinda like putting stage I's in a truck with a PCM programmed for stock injectors. They will run, but you're not seeing the benefit of the I's until you have the tunes to run them. Going from Split shots to Single shots, though I don't know if it will run without changing the tunes. The Splits (like AD's) and Singles (AA's) are two different animals.

For a just in case kinda deal I'm having the 97's PCM flashed, or whatever DP-Tuner does, to account for the injectors and other mods. So if the chip ever fails the engine will still be good to go.

90cc of fuel flow max out of the stock 94.5-97 injectors.
The cali and e99 models I believe were 120cc

super dutys are 140cc IIRC

Jim may chime in.

You could have AA's or AB's depending on if it's a 49 state truck or cali truck respectively...

What are you trying to accomplish should have been the first question asked in this thread...

Yeah those are the same as what you have, but $150 is a really good price. They're worth more than that as cores. I'd gobble them up if it were me. You can sell them as cores to an injector builder for at least $250-300.
