Ok Numberdummy, What about this N60AU652032 ? From what I have found, this is a 1965 Ford N600 with a 330 M/D 2V. The customer says that it is a 66 and claims that the title says that as well. He wants the 330 replaced with a 390. I informed him that from what I have researched, the crank snout is smaller on the 390 and a custom spacer will be needed to seal the cam cover when the FT engine mount is used. Am I correct?

The 330MD should have the smaller crank snout. Same as the FE. Only way to really tell? Measure it.

Front crank snout is 1.375" so this should be a direct replacement, right?

Yeah, I think the two sizes are 1 3/8", and 1 3/4", so 1.375 makes it 1 3/8" or the FE size.

I don't have the ability to remove the pan yet. This is a great link though. As far as the VIN goes....Is it a 65?

I have a '69 F-600 with a 330, so will big block headers fit this engine?

Not really a "big block" or other, just FE/FT. You would have to find a set of FE headers, which I believe might be the same. I would have to go look at my 330 again and see if the bolt holes look to be located the same as an FE.

There are some comments here about FT/FE interchange, and some specific comments about the exhaust crossover:

Uh huh...
N60 = N600 (gas).

A = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.

U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.

652032 = 1965 .. assembled February 1965.

1964/65's with FT engines used different VIN engine codes than 1966/78.

So, if this was a 1966: C = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.

Pic: Scroll down to engine codes.
