haveing surging problems
hello, i'm kinda new to this, i'm haveing problems with my 99 7.3 surging at about 1500 to 2000 rpm, i have replaced my cps, fuel filter changed oil, wiggled all wires wile running and no change, i pulled two codes one was ,po603 and the other is p1396, the 603 is internal ctrl mod Kam error does any one know what that is? the other is my glow plugs but that shouldn't have anything to do after it starts any info will help thanks

What is the truck doing? You are saying surging, but I'm not sure what you mean.

it is missing at 1500 to 2000 rpm it pulsates the rpm will drop about 200 rpm then right back i had the issue before and it was the tps, i figured that out by putting on cruise control, when i did that it went away but this time it still does it, it has power you put your foot in it and its fine, right now i'm cleaning the EBPS and tube check the ICP there is oil in connector, thanks
