Ok guys, here the deal, And buddy of mine was looking over my 226 flathead waterpump, of course with out the fan on it, He somehow droped it and busted the round thin pice, you both the fan to, Anyways the pump was shot.. And I was going to send it out to be rebuild.. But ive called around, And no one makes that part.. Soo if I send it do you think they will beable to replace that part ?.. Also what all do they replace in the waterpump ?? Is it everything but the outside core ??? Or should I try and find a diffent w/p all around ????.

Ouch. The rebuilders don't replace broken castings or shafts that 'may' have been cut into by a well meaning brother-in-law, for instance. You need another broken down WP to send to the rebuilder. There wasn't an alternative that I discovered.
Call the re builder and ask if they can provide the part you need. Be prepared to give them a detailed description of the part you need. Who knows, they may have some core parts. From your OP I can not figure out exactly what broke. The shaft? If so, it will probably be part of the rebuild. Good luck.
Van Pelt Sales has the flat six water pumps listed at $149 PLUS a $35 core charge. They ain't cheap! (and even more expensive if you don't have a good core).
I accidentally broke part 8567 on my pump, I welded it up and re-tapped the affected mounting holes and it works just fine. Other option is find a machining shop to turn one up on a lathe, shouldn't be too expensive.
