I've got an 03' F250 with 6 inch lift and 35" Cooper STT's on it. Right now it has Pro Comp adjustable shocks on it. I've messed with the settings on the shocks and still haven't found anything I like. One of the shocks just blew and I'm sure the others are close to it which i hope would explain for the excessive bounce. I'm hoping for some feedback from some guys who have close to the same setup, that have replaced their shocks and what they think or recommend (brand/style). Don't really care to hear from people with stock suspension so please don't waste your time. I drive mostly 75% highway 25% gravel roads. I'm usually running empty but sometimes haul an 18ft enclosed trailer. I've thought about getting the Rancho 9,000's because of the adjust ability but don't know if they are really necessary. Based on this website most people are recommending the Bilsteins 5100 or Rancho 9000. Anyone regret one or the other, pro's or con's? Any input would be grateful.
Here is one thing to consider about us. Our 90 day Performance Guarantee and Risk-Free Ride Offer. If you aren't happy return them for a refund. Rancho Suspension: Warranty & Ride Guarantee
Good luck in your choice.
For a 6" lift on an 2003 the part numbers are:
RS999050XL (front)
RS999045XL (rear)

I have the rancho 9000 but not the XL. Rides really stiff and when on soft it doesn't have enough rebound to control the body. It's a mismatch with my 4.5" superlift with rear leaf pack. YMMV. I'll be going to the fox aluminum 2.0 shocks...similar in price but rebuildable and custom valveable.
BTW:
I've tried sway aways, donahoes/icons, walker evans, fox, bilsteins, emu on different trucks and h&r, kw, koni, bilsteins, and tokicos on cars....definitely not new to shocks
