Ah yea sorry, I use Mercon SP fluids and I change the trans fluid every 15k miles. I change the pan filter(more like screen) every third oil change and toilet roll every fluid change.

Sounds good. You don't need to change the pan filter unless doing a rebuild. The new LV fluid is about a buck cheaper than the SP at my dealer and they are compatiple.
