Spring stamp code?

Spring stamp code?
I aquired some front springs for my Ex and I want to know what I have before I install. I know there are a million threads and I have looked for this info but with no luck. They are stamped 3C34 AAA RPN 2273. I hope to heck these are Vs or at least Xs. Please advise!!

Sorry, there is no documented rhyme or reason (chart or info) connecting the stamped numbers on the leaf springs to part numbers so they can be identified by the Ford code numbers. That's why we stress getting the spring info from the door jamb sticker on the truck from whence the springs were originally mounted.
