For future M5R2 swappers...

On my quest to put my 1997 4.2 M5R2 transmission in my 1978 F100 here are some little facts that I've discovered.

For a slip yoke a c4 yoke will work being it is a 28 spline piece.

Length for a c6 is 33 1/2 inches, as an m5r2 is 30 1/4 inches, so a longer driveshaft will be needed.

Use Russell 640281 clutch adapters for -3an braided line instead of the factory molded line.

Use correct flywheel for your application, 28.2 oz or 50 oz.

Still working on pedals but will post progress.
