I think you may be right Blade I charged the batts fully and cranked the truck with the scanner hooked up and got a reading of 400 + psi on the icp but only a 15% reading on the ipr. So I'm gonna take your advice and pull the ipr tomorrow.I will let you know

Man 400+ ICP was so close

whats odd here is IPR% staying so LOW during crank usually even the Bad ones shoot upto 85% IPR when trying to start

Did you try to start with the ICP Sensor unplugged

OK it has been a few months but I got off from work long to work on my truck. I have figured out that the HPOP, ICP and IPR went south. Pulled IPR found metal in the screen. Unplugged icp still crank and no start. So I would like to thank everyone involved for their input. If it helps I can post pics on removal of HPOP on early 6.0. Will keep all up to date. Thanks again

That Sucks Really BAD

Sounds like the HPOP Sheared itself sending shrapnel threw the system

so Lets Hope you dont have to Install ALL New INJECTORS because of this

Let me ask 1 thing Do you run an OEM Oil Filter and OEM Oil Filter CAP????

All parts for my truck come from NAPA , dealer or lately throughbread diesel. I hoping no metal made it in the injectors but to be sure im gonna remove and flush out the oil rails and place a magnet to see if any metal shavings made it. 5 injectors have less then 30k on them.

Ummm - Napa sells aftermarket (wrong) oil filters - if you happened to buy them there.

Well that explains why I was never able to remove filter from the cap in one piece. New cap every oil change. So back to dealer for filters?

You need an OEM cap also.
