Just noticed a coolant leak today. Coming from the area of the Vertical EGR. I'm pretty meticulous on maintenance and checking fluid, so this just started within the last 24 hours. Here are the pics.

I did have a bubble pass through degas bottle after opening lid.
Looked harder after my OP. It appears it's the lower rad hose. Most likely the O-Ring as it's a small leak. 36,200 miles. Think the dealer will cover? I know that was a hot topic a while ago.
Well, I can't give too much info as to whether or not the rad hoses, o-rings, radiators, etc are covered past 3/36. I have the Ford ESP maintenance plan which covers all wear items so the hose is covered. But initially, the SA said it wasn't covered past 3/36. Didn't bother arguing once he said my ESP covered it.
The dealer told me that they had replaced the “o” rings with the update kit when they had the cab off for a “bed Pan” oil leak that was repaired @15,000 miles on a 08,6.4. Why don’t they just replace with old fashion hose clamps that worked for years ??? Can you install hose clamps on this “O’ ring set up that Ford has come up with ??? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
