Exhaust system

I own a 1998 F150, but the block had to be replaced with a 2010 model. How will this effect which exhaust systems I could purchace?

Block for block , the size should not have changed where the original exhust manifolds set off the heads.
If there are any differences better look now before you buy if you got a 'mongral motor' assembled.
What size motor are we talking about?
Care to share?

I honestly don't know the dimensions, my dad replaced the block before I bought it off him. All I know is that its a 4.6 V8
