Big block?

Would a 360 be considered a "big block" or "small block"? Or is that just a GM thing and doesn't really apply the FE engines?

it's a big block... it's based more upon the design of the motor- long skirt pistons, main journal size, rod journal size, etc., etc.... as opposed to cubic inches and stuff... the weight of a big block is generally 100-200 lbs more than a small block because of the aforementioned differences as well as the general overall size...
