e-350/ f-350 engine differences?

What has to be swapped to put a '93 E-350 460 in a '95 F-350 4x4? Looks like the oil pans are different, anything else i would need to know?

Thanks

It's the same basic engine so the only things that will be different are those pieces that are vehicle specific... like maybe the oilpan and pickup, the accessory brackets, and maybe the dipstick tube, but all that can be swapped from your old pickup motor. Do not use any wiring that comes with the Van engine either.

Some of the E-series vans featured GM's Saginaw power steering pump, so that and its bracket would for sure be different, but you're in luck, this is a popular swap as the GM pump tends not to have the ford whine/groan.

Well, this sucks. I was originally hoping i could use the van's oil pan, mine has issues, but i see they are different. And now i see that the van has 220,000 miles, not the 100,000 + i was told it had. I had planned on putting in a few seals and swapping engines, but now i realize its not worth doing anything with it if i don't at least pull the heads and probably get a valve job and look at the cylinders. My F-350 has 225,000 on the body, and i don't know what on the engine.
Another question, looking at the stickers on the two vehicles. The truck hood sticker says certified for blah blah blah "medium duty", the engine that is currently in the truck says "heavy duty", and both the fender and engine stickers on the van say "heavy duty". Obviously the current engine in the truck was swapped in at some point, but i was wondering what difference there is between medium and heavy duty classes of the same engine. is it just a paperwork thing, or are there physical differences. i would assume it has to do with emissions.
Thanks.
