Question Van Engine/ Truck Engine Question

I have the opportunity to aquire a 4.9 litre engine from a 1990 van for a good price($300.00), And I have a few questions.
What are the major differences in these two engines?
1. Is the oil pan different?
2. Is the Intake/Throttle body different??
3. Are the Exhaust manifolds the same as a truck engine?
4. Water Pump same/different
5. Motor mounts??

The van has an AUTOMATIC and my truck is a manual, Other than the Flexplate on the automatic and a Flywheel on the Manual, Is there a difference in these engines? (Camshaft, Computer, ETC, ETC) Is there a provision in the VAN engine crankshaft for a Pilot bearing?

I can get the complete engine, (FAN TO FLEXPLATE)all of the wiring harness I want, The computer, Radiator, AND the transmission ((A C4 transmission, He said it was shot, Slipped badly))

I know the VAN Engine uses a different dipstick and tube, What are the other differences?

Thanks in advance for the replies.......

I think that $300.00 is a good deal. I have heard it run, Sound good no knocks, No smoking....
