so i am now convinced that the previous owner of my truck was a complete *******. after having to deal with his wiring issues he caused when he put in the gauge cluster i found a edge performance chip under my passenger side battery that was plugged into my icp i believe. the model number on the chip was 10200 and all i can find on it is that its for the 7.3l. i have a 6.0, so i am wondering is this could of had any ill effects on my truck that i should look out for
There is a EZ ICP module for the 6.0 it's p/n EZ2000.
I'm not a tuner guy but I would pull it off and sell it and buy a proper tuner with some custom tunes if I needed more power. Lots of posts on here on the subject. Good luck!
So i tried selling the chip to a guy with a 7.3 and it didn't fit into his truck. So i looked at the plugs on the chip it self and the male end of the chip fits into the 7.3 icp but the the female end fits my 6.0
