DTC Help Needed Please

OK, so I am getting DTC P0672 & P0675 which is Cyl 2 & 5 Glow Plug Circuits. I have my shop manuals, but can someone out there tell me what I am looking for or if they have had similar issues and know a good place to start looking? I assume that I am looking for a bare wire?? How do I know if it is my actual glow plug? Are these hard to erplace or somewhere along the lines of spark plug replacements? I am driving a 2007 F250 6.0L Diesel. Aside from the CEL being on, the truck doesn't seem to be running bad, it does sputter when it starts and my mileage isn't what it should be, could this be causing my problems??

Thanks all you PROS!!

Everyone talks about glow plugs leaking, what am I missing here? Do they have fluid in them? Also, are they only to assist in the start? What gives the combustion spark?? SOrry for all the quesitons, but this is my first Diesel. Thanks!!

The way the glow plugs are "plumbed in", they are exposed to oil and you can see oil leakage at the connectors.
