I don't think that's the Mexican-market "Ford suburban" that we see occasionally. The other thing had Camper style windows on it, and really looked kinda hack. This looks like a bronco grafted onto a supercab-like the old roll-a-long conversion packages.
I saw this truck parked next to a gas station somewhere in Nebraska. After close examination, it appears to be an ULTRA rare 1979 F150 Ranger Explorer Highboy!
