i have drove the truck a little more lately. it idles rough but if i drive her easy it smoothes out around operating temp. if i stick my foot deeper it smoothes out alot faster. and i also noticed that if i drive the truck and shut it off then jump back in her within a few hours shes fine but it she sits over night rough again..
does it sound like injectors??
That's one symptom of worn injectors. For extra clarification, pull the valve covers off when the engine is cold. Start the truck up and watch oil discharge from each of the injectors. On a cold engine, if you have some injectors barely spitting oil, or not spitting any oil at all out of their discharge port, then you may have some worn injectors. Let the truck idle and warm up. If the injectors start spitting oil the same as all the others on a warm engine, then it really sounds like worn injectors.
