Late 99 - 03 AD injectors will work. Jim at Rosewood diesel stopped selling the DIY rebuild kits because of too many issues, but he does offer a reasonable rebuild price if you don't have any luck with the junkyard shopping.

Yeah, I was about to say Rosewood did, but I think it's gotten to the point where "stupid people" have made it to where anybody's gonna get screwed trying to produce them. Shoot, I think a set of reman stage-1's from Casserly are only $1095 now... I about died when I saw that.

Issues. It runs rough until it gets to operating temp then its like I flip a switch and she's going good. If its not plugged in its next to impossible to start. I changed all the gp's and checked the relay

I'd check codes first, if you haven't already. I don't have the problem your describing at all but my idle was getting a bit off and found some oil residue in my ICP and decided to get a new one from Clay and now I notice a slightly smoother idle. Haven't had the chance yet to drive but I'm anticapating better running conditions.

i have drove the truck a little more lately. it idles rough but if i drive her easy it smoothes out around operating temp. if i stick my foot deeper it smoothes out alot faster. and i also noticed that if i drive the truck and shut it off then jump back in her within a few hours shes fine but it she sits over night rough again..

does it sound like injectors??

You'd have to be able to watch live data to know a little better...
