ICP of 36 and 50 can't be right, check to make sure your codes are put in correctly. The truck needs 500 just to fire the injectors, it should be around 580 or 620.
Okay both of you wer'e right I started getting rum dumbed with all the number inputs. Both IPR and ICP #s were screwed up in scan-guage.
Those look good KOEO and Low iDEL and High Idel(2500rpm) close enough
What you want to look for is 500ICP minimum with say a no start
or Like a A High IPR% number the IPR% will get high if the system is trying to make up for a HPO Leak
