p0004 code?

p0004 code?
I now know the definition of this code but what does it mean and what would cause this. I've got the misfire bugs worked out but i'm left with this code and not at all sure what (fuel volume regulator circuit high) really means. my truck is an 02 s-crew 4.6L 70,000 miles. thanks Jay

p0004 is what keeps coming up,the definition i've got isfuel volume regulator circuit highbut iIdon't understand what this means or what might be causing it. It all started with a rough idle and a p0304 so i changed out #4 COP and fixed the rough idle but now I keep getting this dtc and am at a loss

Well according to the Ford shop manual a P0004 isn't a valid code. It doesn't show up in the code charts. These engines dont use a "fuel volume regulator", they use a fuel pressure regulator.
