These are actual pressure in psi (iirc)
Key on: 0
Low idle: 625.5
High idle: 1400-1450
Operating range: 0-4045

There is also a code to read ICP volts:

There is no Factory sensor for FP, so there won't be away to get it with the SGII

This Checks the Overall Health of the HPO System

Basicaly the FICM wont turn on the injectors till an ICP reading hits 500ICP PSI
ICP is most commonly Looked at for a NO STart (gotta have that 500psi) the ICP is a Pressure reader/how muchpsi you have

After that IPR% is looked at to Determine a HPO LEAK since the IPR is the pressure Controller
the IPR valve is Fulley Open at 0% (Creating a Lower ICP psi path to drain open) and Fulley Closed at 100% (Creating High ICP psi path to drain closed)
so that said 24% IPR is around what you want at Idel But lets say its NOT but reads 30% at Idel so at 30% the Valve is closed more (blocking HPO Pump Drain) trying to make up Oil Pressure for a Leak cuz ICP is reporting LOW PSI

Just let the treuck Idel on its own for Low Idel Number reading

and then take the numbers again at High Idel or 2500RPM

same as you did Before truck in park and ECT around 190* close is great

 

ICP of 36 and 50 can't be right, check to make sure your codes are put in correctly. The truck needs 500 just to fire the injectors, it should be around 580 or 620.

Hey guys sorry to butt in but I'm soooo confused about the ICP. I have the edge evolution which reads ICP voltage. Today when I was driving I got on it a bit, around 50-60% throttle and my egde is preset to alert at 4.0 volts. It started beeping of course. At idle it reads .9 volts and climbs as I increase throttle. I thought the ICP just read hpop for engine start. Can somebody please lay it out for me?? Thanks in advance

 

No Biggie the ICP operating range is 0.15 - 4.7 volts


yes the PCM must see 500 PSI ICP before the FICM will engauge/turn on the Injectors

But the pcm always monitors ICP so it can regulate the IPR Valve for optimal ICP
