just had mine replaced @30,000 miles 2011 job 1 f-350 cc sb 4x4 , also I had a 2008 f-250 cc sb 4x4 that had the radiator replaced at 32,000 miles .It seems to me that they would know there is a problem with these radiators.

3/36

Talked to service writter today (oil change)

3/36k for the Radiator
I have 7/125 so not concerned

They only fail for users w/o extended coverage (must be the programming ?? )

These truck have two radiators and two water pumps. Everything really has to be jammed in there. Sounds like someone needs to make an aftermarket tig welded aluminum radiator. These radiators are the plastic tank style correct? Glue is probably failing.

Just to update you guys. I just bought my 2011 f250 diesel. It won't let me change my garage from my old truck Haha. I'll try again later. The only warranty that would have covered the radiator was the 36k bumper to bumper. The power train does not cover the radiator even though it is essential to the power train. Hopefully this radiator doesn't blow again or I will get rid of it. I bought the truck with 30k 2 months ago and I've got 44k on it now. Thanks for all the replies.

Yep, the rad is covered under the 3/36 part of the warranty. I was just past 36k when I noticed my rad seeping just above the petcock, my dealer covered the fix, color me lucky, great dealer!
