Psd has a hick up

Ok heres one for the brain trust. Ever since I put my chip on from PHP it has had a hickup, only once a day but for a second it just jolts like the engine shut off for a split second. If im at idle it will out right shut off. Do you think this could be something with the chip or cps?

I figure I'll switch the CPS just to make sure. Should I get one from Ford or Napa.

I'd get the one from Ford, aftermarket ones don't seem to last as long as the OEM.

Does the hiccup go away if you unplug the chip? Does it do it on all the programs?

Thats the wierd thing, I mainly drive in 80dd or 80 tow and it happens only once or twice a day. If it does it at idle and shuts off It has no problem starting again. I'll change the cps and if that doesn't do it I'll unplug the chip.
