87 6.9 IDI missing cylinders

87 6.9 IDI missing cylinders

Brand new injectors all around, and I am still having 3 or 4 cylinders not firing. Any ideas? Tia,

Well, there's only so much going on in a IDI diesel system. Assuming the new injectors are good (did you have the pop pressure tested?), the next thing back in the system is the injection pump.

Also maybe check the valve train in case some valves are not opening.
