Lowering the 63

I have a 63 style side and want to lower it about 4-5 inches in the back and whatever it would take to level out the front. Any advise on how to or where to get parts without knotching the frame or spending alot of money. It is all stock at the moment.

Can u put the axle on top of the springs and the front they sell the lowered front axle at speedway.com i think you can also buy mono leaf springs and lower it about 3 inches

De arching the springs will probably be cheapest. Get under there and measure. 4-5" will be getting close to requiring notching. You definitely won't have much travel if you don't.
I'm going to drop my rear about 2.5" from where it is (worn out stock springs) and that won't leave much. It'll leave a little clearance between the axle and rubber snubber.

You can also flip the spring eyes over and get about two inches

Just install the rear-end on top of the spring this will get you around 3". Then you can use blocks to adjust it a little at a time to get were you want and still have room.

You're forgetting to add in the thickness of the springs. Flipping the axle will be closer to 5 or 6 inches and on my '61 it would require that the frame be notched. I'd imagine that a '63 will not be a whole lot different.
