My first build, and restore project. I have 53 f250 that i'm dropping a 300 in, but i want it carbureted, can i use the EFI head or do i need to get a differant one ?
It will bolt up to any 300 or 240 block, no worries, and all the stock or aftermarket intake/exhaust manifold combos fit as well. The chamber is smaller than a 300 head so if you're building up a new engine from scratch you need to be careful with piston choice and the amount of machining done to the block.
