bed to frame fasteners

I purchased a polyurethane body mount kit for my truck and they appear to be thicker than the stock ones. I am worried that the bed won't line up with body lines when I put it all back together. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do? Also, I can order the bed mount hardware kit but it looks like I can just purchase the parts from my local hardware store, what nuts and bolts do I need?

I just used carriage bolts on mine. The stock mounts usually squash down over time, the poly mounts usually fix the problem.

Carriage bolts a 7/16 18. Hardware store carrige bolts will have a smaller head the the stock bolt.

Were did you find a poly mount kit for 65 66?

Don't forget the two hex head bolts under the bed along back of frame; at the end of the frame rails as well. Should the poly bushing be about the same height as the factory bushing; if a little taller use flat washer between bottom of bed and top of frame to achieve same height. also don't forget the radiator support ones as well.
