campe shell

I have a Stockland camper shell on my '96 CC dually LB, don't know if they're still made. Heavy fiberglass and lined. I installed racks to carry occasional long loads. I've been able to stand on it without deflection (6'3" -196lbs). Has been great for extended camping and skiing trips - keeps us all dry. At times a pain in the butt to remove due to weight. I would go with what you can afford but look at overall strength and integrity of the shell.
