Wheel bolt pattern change

I am in need of some help. I need to change the front bolt pattern to 5 on 4.75" from the standard 5 on 5.5". I already have the back done compliments on Strange axles but the front is another matter. I am running dream beams on the front and want to know if I should just drill the new pattern in the discs or is there a swap that fits on our hubs. All of this is going on a 77 2wd F100. Any help is appreciated.

4.75" (GM) or 4.5" (Ford/dodge)?

That will likely require drilling the rotors. Just make sure the wheel centers will fit over the center of the hub.

There is a chance that some random GM rotor could be swapped, but I have no idea where to start looking for a compatible unit.

I've seen and heard of people using wheel adapters, but I don't place a lot of faith in those things.

Thanks, I was afraid that I may have to re-drill them. I was hoping that someone knew of a direct swap from ford to chev.

I'm not too sure you're going to find 5 on 4.75 wheels that have a big enough center bore to fit over the center hub on your ford rotors. The gm ones aren't nearly that big

is there a Ford rotor for 5 on 4.5 that will fit on our spindles? I just found out I can get the wheels in either pattern but they do not offer it in 5 on 5.5.
