Do any of the other windows work from the master window switch but not the door switch, or vice versa? Do you hear any clicks or sounds when pressing the button to open or close the windows? For the windows that don't work, do you know if they all stopped working at the same time?
By chance is that with the door open, or did you fix something to get all but the left rear working? If with the door open and you didn't change anything other than remove the door panel, I'd still suspect a broken wire in the accordion. Have you tried closing the door and checking to see if you're back to only the front passenger door working?
The master switch may be faulty, but I recommend checking the boot between the body and door for broken/damaged wires before you start throwing parts at it.
