Hi guys, I have an 02 F250 ZF6. I started using a slightly more powerful (edge cs level 2)tune about a week ago. Normally leave it on stock or level 1. Now in 4th and 5th gear at about 1700-1800 if I press too hard on accel pedal it slips about 3-400 rpm. Then it catches up and feels like turbo surge. Is this slippage or a problem in the tune? I actually get about 1 more MPG with this tune.

Your clutch is weak and the extra HP is causing it to show up. You can probably get by with it for a while if you don't tow heavy. Eventually the clutch will need to be replaced.
