So I put new 844 moog coils and gas magnums in the front. Now the front sits a little taller than the rear bout half an inch. The leaf springs are wore out. The left one sags worse than the right so the body lines off, I'm guessing because of the dual tanks. So I have two options from rock auto. #1 UCF Part # 43689 Rear; 4WD; 3/1 = 4 Leaf, 1 9/16" Pack Thickness, 1700lb Per Spring Rating. or #2 UCF Part # 43695 Rear; 4WD; HD Use Only; Will Raise Rear of 1/2 Ton 2" to 3" From Stock Height; 4/1 = 5Leaf; 2" Pack Thickness; 2450lb Per Spring Rating. Which one do you guys think will give me a rake of 1 1/2 to 2 inches. The trucks a 96 f150 sclb 4x4 thanks in advance!!
I'm willing to bet that the "HD Use Only" springs will ride like a 3/4 ton. And the #1 is probably more stock height. If you won't mind the rough ride, get the 2nd one.
