My brother and I just wrapped up the work we were doing on his 05 6.0. It runs like a champ now. Before he was experiencing what we feel was injector stiction. It took a while before it would kick off, but when it did there was an immediate improvement to the sound at idle. I now have 2 of these jobs under my belt, just adding the injectors to the list. Again, not possible without you all! Special thanks to Blade35, Cheezit, and M-Chan for advice on the injector cups...

Water pump - EGR Delete- Welded factory EGR cooler. EGR is still in place and plugged in. Oil filter standpipe - Not by choice, little plastic piece broke... Battery cable harness - Entire harness from drivers side battery to the starter...
EGR is still in place and plugged in. about this.. i have a EGR delete also and have no tuner... i get the engine light .. can i put the Valve back in and plugged up and get rid of the light??? thanks been looking for this,
