Too much oil?

Changed my oil yesterday and i think i put a wee too much in....the stick after letting the truck sit all night reads at the very top of the plastic on the tip of the dipstick, just above the "max". Will this cause any damage, should I drain excess out? Or just let it be?

Ok thanks Bismic! Besides the crankcase which i did the mod on and re-routed to back of truck will blow off any extra anyway right?
