I've got a strange sputter and misfire (so it seems) at part throttle. I can't say that it's only when warm, but it seems more prevalent when the truck is warmed up. I pulled the following codes the other day, and while I know some of them are inconsequential like the 522, I wanted to include them all.
KOEO:
522 - Vehicle Not In Park Or Neutral During KOEO (It was)
173 - HO2S System Indicates Rich
334 - EGR Valve Position Sensor Closed Valve Voltage Higher Than Expected
KOER:
173 - HO2S System Indicates Rich
213 - Spark Output (SPOUT) Circuit Open (Doesn't "look" like it's unplugged)
538 - Insufficient RPM Change During KOER Dynamic Response Test
I've seen some mentions of the ERG position sensor, and the O2 sensor. Any way I can test these with a digital multimeter, or should I look somewhere else?
Based on what I know of the spout connector, being on the left fender, it is plugged in, but I will check the connection to ensure that it is solid.
Now, I don't know if or how this might factor in, but in my reading it might. My smog pump started chattering the other day, as if the air flow were being blocked. I disconnected the main line coming out of the pump for now, as I assumed one of the vacuum valves must be stuck. I haven't ruled out fixing this, but the stutter and misfire was present before this.
