Those gauges are brighter than my headlights I think
How about the brightness of my gauges? At night, they are so dim it's easier to just guess what they say than actually try to read 'em. I'm jealous.
Also, what pillar are you using? I can't find any company that makes gauge pillars for anything older than powerstrokes. Did you fab that?
Those look great justin, email me a copy of your superbright invoice please, I buy lots from them but never made the jump till I know what I like, I like your setup.
The 92-97's aren't an exact fit, but they can work. I have a triple pillar on my 88 and it only took some trimming on the bottom to make it work. A few pictures are in my gallery. For the older style cabs (86 and older?) I guess you have to cut the dash to make it fit. Turbill had a quad pillar in his 86 and I had some pictures in his gallery showing it. (currently he's parting it out and I'm looking to put the quad pillar in my truck)
As to the brightness, good lord thats bright! I'm more the opposite end of the spectrum. I have really good night vision, so usually have my dash (and gauges) turned down so they don't blind the hell out of me. But those really do pull off some bling and seem like they'd be plenty bright if you like the christmas tree look during the day as well.
how was wiring these up? i have downloaded the install manuals in the past and they looked kind of involved.
my glowshifts are better than nothing but i found egauges.com has some good prices on these isspro's. if i would have done some more searching i would have gotten these.
