My trans gauge started acting like a tack. It was jumping all around. I called them and got a RMA number. I took it out and sent it out on Wednesday. just got the new one in the mail today.. NO QUESTIONS ASKED

Great customer service..
How old are the gauges? I was 2 days out of my 1 year warrenty and they basicly told me to eat **** and take a hike. Ill never buy or recommend them. After a year all 4 of my gauges hopped arournd, gav wrong readings.
i have had there gauges in my truck for about a year and half, they work well and look good. I did have my EGT gauge quit a month ago, but life goes on.
Good to hear. Their reputation doesn't stand so good. I really like the looks of their gauges though! Glad to hear they are turning it around.
Some day i would like to start a spread sheet on the post that could say otherwise about reputation. If you type in "Isspro" in the search box, 99-03 section and look through the pages of. There are tons of post about malfunctions and problems. If you type in "glow shift" You find them but, Not so much. Yet everyone says Isspro is good. And glow shift is cheap, Junk, Reputation doesn't stand so good.. Etc..
If you want to replace them after you year is up. Good luck. All depends who your talking to after the year is up if they are in a good mood or not.. I bet ISSpro would even give you a hard time also. - If your under the year, No problem.

That data would be worthless without knowing how many posters own Isspro vs Glowshift. I'm betting the majority here own Isspro.
My Autometer guages are almost 10 years old and I know they'd take care of me if I had a problem with one tomorrow.
When I was installing my GS gauges my buddy who also heard they were junk was looking them over and he changed his opinion real quick. Dont get me wrong if i had the extra cash I would buy isspro or autometer but I just couldnt justify spending nearly 500 on a set of gauges when the GS package was 250 shipped to my doorstep. With the cash I saved I was able to buy some CAT ELC coolant and able to do a trans flush. I usually dont go the cheap route when it comes to my truck or anything for that matter because Ive learned in the past that if you spend a little more for something it usually last alot longer. But IMO the GS look great and work just fine for me.
Grant it, ISSPROS do look purdy..(Trey's pics), but cant justify the price. GS been more than helpful with extending their hand to repair/replace the ones i have.. however had to replace the trans since it was 5mon outta warranty.
ive had gauges in all my trucks (4) they have all been glow shift. the last 2 sets of guages i bought from them have been crap. this last set i bought i sent all 3 gauges back to them just to have them tell me theres nothing wrong. i got so mad at the EGT and TRANS gauge that i yanked them out of the pod on the highway one night and threw them in the glove box. according to Glow shift when gauges flutter uncontrollably up and down its perfectly normal...needless to say i am not a glow shift fan and never will recommend them again.
I don't have any problems with my glowshift gauges. But chances are your only going to hear from people that have problems and that creates a false sense of quality. You might get 50 people bitchin pretty hard but the other 10k are happy and usually don't comment. Thats with all brands though, not just GSG's.
