Sync

Having issues with Sync . bluetooth not working , it used to work and know nothing , checked phone on other vehicles and bluetooth function works fine.

I am having the same issue and have been unable to find a solution. Will be going to dealer soon for first oil change so will be seeking their support at that time.

Just a troughs, is the sync up to date? You can d/l the latest vs if not.

I am having the exact same issue. I hear the phone call just fine but my voice doesn't come through the other end. This has been going on for several months. I just updated my synch system and the issue still exists. I thought I would have it investigated at my next oil change. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one.

Hey Doug 913 , how do you download an update , I looked in the book and found nothing on up dates

Go to your mysync and login, there is a link there to upgrade....

Thanks guys , I was never registered with syncmyride but I am sure the bluetooth worked at one time . Registered now and have the latest version installed already , still no good , on chat with them for 15min , last statement , take vehicle to dealer for diagnostic service , was just there last week for oil and fuel filter change

Just out of curiosity, what kind of phone? I ask, because I used to have a HTC thunderbolt, and it was real spotty on bluetooth connection. Sometimes it would connect, sometimes it wouldnt. then last fall I changed that phone out for a Motorola, and havent had a problem since.
